The World Foundry Congress, the most important event of the foundry sector, constitutes an excellent occasion for exchanging knowledge and experiences, the newest achievements and innovations.
The 73rd World Foundry Congress will held with motto ‚Creative Foundry‚ including broadly understood thematic blocks:
The participants of 73WFC are invited to submit the extended two-page abstracts (detailed two-page short papers) for publication in the 73WFC Proceedings, following the attached format of two-columns pages, containing the tables and graphs to display the authors’ results.
At the registration desk, the digital version of the 73WFC Proceedings (pdf) will be distributed to participants on pen drives together with other congress materials. The limited number of paper copies of the 73WFC Proceedings will be also available.
The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee based on their originality, quality and significance of theoretical and/or practical contribution to foundry science and practice.
At least one author of each accepted abstract must register at the congress. Each registered participant may submit maximum two abstracts. Only contributions from individuals who have paid the registration fee will be included in the 73WFC Proceedings.
After the congress, the 73WFC Proceedings will be available online on the 73WFC website (Open Access).
